The 15th China International Finance Forum 2018 was held over two days in Shanghai in December. I was invited to present a keynote at the opening ceremony (see my keynote talk and my keynote slides) and – also – a talk on listing shares on international markets, including in Australia (see my talk on Overseas Stock Listing and my stock-listing slides).  china international finance forum 20181215Of course, both sessions involved a clear disclaimer – the views are mine, not those of any former employer such as ASIC or Citibank.

The China Financial Summit 2018 was held in May in Beijing in association with a large innovation exhibition, CHITEC. The session I was invited to address (as a former chief economist for ASIC) was on listing on the Australian stock market. See my speaking notes, my slides and a surprisingly good staged photo.
